Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026 · Version 2.0.0

This policy describes which cookies and similar technologies are used by the sites and services of Sinapsis SpA: the corporate site sinapsis.in and the HumanOS platform (humanos.eco, empresa.eco, estudiante.humanos.eco), including the QueBot assistant. It complements the Privacy Policy.

The essentials: we use only essential and functional cookies. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on any of our sites.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies also exist, such as local storage (localStorage) and the cache storage used by installable apps (the service worker's Cache Storage). In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of them.

2. Corporate site sinapsis.in

sinapsis.in is a static, informational site and does not set its own tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. When you use it, these services may be involved:

3. HumanOS platform

HumanOS requires essential cookies for authentication and session security:

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, Google Analytics, social media pixels or any third-party tracker.

4. Third-party cookies

We do not load third-party scripts that set cookies on our sites. Google authentication (OAuth) works through redirection: during sign-in, Google may set its own cookies on its own domain, subject to Google's privacy policy. If you use QueBot via WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp's policies additionally apply to that channel (Annex D of the Privacy Policy).

5. Legal basis

Essential cookies are processed on the basis of contract performance: they are necessary for the service to work. Any future optional cookie (for example, analytics) will require your prior explicit consent, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 21.719 and — as a best-practice reference — the GDPR.

6. How to manage cookies

7. Changes

If we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy — with a new verifiable version, just like the Privacy Policy — and ask for your consent before setting them.
