These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the sinapsis.in website and the QueBot service (the "Services") operated by Sinapsis SpA ("we", "the Company").

By accessing or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Service description

QueBot is an AI-based legal assistant that provides general legal information and guidance. QueBot does not replace professional legal advice from a lawyer.

• QueBot's responses are for guidance and informational purposes only.
• They do not constitute binding legal advice.
• For specific situations, always consult with a legal professional.

2. Registration and account

• You can access QueBot through Google OAuth authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Do not share your access credentials.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Not attempt to access other users' data.
• Not interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Not reverse engineer the system.
• Respect intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual property

• The software, design, and content of the Services are the property of Sinapsis SpA.
• Responses generated by QueBot are provided for your personal or professional use.
• Processed legal data comes from public sources and legal databases.

5. Google integrations

If you authorize integration with Google services:

• We will only access data you explicitly authorize.
• You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
• Google data usage complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information provided by QueBot.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on QueBot responses.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Services continuously available, but:

• Interruptions may occur due to maintenance or updates.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Services at any time.
• You may request the deletion of your account and associated data.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
