This document is an initial corporate version and must be reviewed by legal counsel before being considered final.

These terms govern the use of the sinapsis.in website and the services operated by Sinapsis SpA ("Sinapsis", "we"), including the HumanOS platform and the specialized assistant QueBot (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use them.

1. About Sinapsis

Sinapsis SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 78.327.684-4, is a Chilean consulting, technology and innovation firm, domiciled at San Martín 924, Office 213, Temuco, Chile.

2. Description of the Services

Website: corporate information and contact channels.
HumanOS: platform integrating calendar, tasks, finances, companies, reports, assistants, knowledge and automations.
QueBot: specialized conversational and document assistant (for example, in legal or compliance domains) based on artificial intelligence.

AI-based assistants provide reference information; they do not replace the advice of a licensed professional (lawyer, accountant, auditor or other). For specific situations, always consult a professional.

3. Registration and account

Some Services require an account, including authentication with Google OAuth.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity performed with them.
You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Services you agree to:

Not use them for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or discriminatory activities.
Not attempt to access other users' data or compromise system security.
Not interfere with the operation of the Services.
Not reverse engineer the software.
Respect intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual property

The software, design, trademarks and content of the Services are the property of Sinapsis SpA or its licensors.
You retain rights over the content you contribute; you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.
Responses generated by the assistants are provided for your personal or professional use.

6. Google integrations

If you authorize integration with Google services:

We will only access the data you explicitly authorize.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
The use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Privacy and data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions or outdated information; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or currency.
We are not responsible for decisions made based exclusively on AI assistant responses without human verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

9. Service availability

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance or updates.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

10. Professional services

Consulting, implementation or custom development services are governed by the specific proposals and contracts signed with each client, which prevail over these terms where applicable.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Temuco, Chile, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Changes

We may modify these terms by publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
